I took my kia optima lx car in May 11th. And they told me it would be ready 3 to 4 weeks. So I waited patiently. And I called after the 4 weeks. They told me oh we had a virus it got them sick, then the other week kept saying oh we are still working on it and then the 6th week. I called again and the guy said he had a doctor's appointment. I kept receiving message of excuses and lying. My uncle went down there to check it and come to find out i thought he said in the garage. But once we got down there today. I found out my car wasn't even damn worked on. My whole family and I were pissed. I have to have my car because of my job. Being a supervisor is hard without a car. And I had to reply on my dad to take me and he didn't mind doing it. But my point it there is no damn communication and nothing. I was pissed off. I will not go to them again. That was a bunch of bullshit. My car wasn't even worked on and lies after lies and excuses after excuses. Luckily I did get my money back.

Will a year ago

They fixed the paint on my door and a quarter panel and also replaced the headlights and hood hinges. Paint matches perfectly and they removed the rust. Good people and the result makes the car look like new. Very happy with it.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Unfortunately got in my first wreck with my first new car. Neil and his brother were very helpful in explaining the process to me and even squeezed me into their busy schedule when all other shops were booked out for 3 months. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants work done right the first time around
